    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a transverse rope to fence posts when installing a temporary protective fence on a concrete member built on a construction site for the purpose of decreasing labor required later when removing the temporary protective fence. SOLUTION: A rope attaching portion 2 capable of setting a transverse rope "r" to a penetrating state through a fence post 1 in a direction of the right side and the left side is installed to the top of each post 1. For the rope attaching portion 2, an inner rod portion 5 is installed to the top of the fence post 1; outer rod portions 8 and 9 are provided at both the sides of the inner rod portion 5; spaces for receiving the rope are created between the inner rod portion 5 and outer rod portions 8 and 9 thereby composing a rope receiving space capable of creating a state where the transverse rope "r" penetrates through the fence post 1 in a direction of the right side and the left side by making its way through the outer rod portion 8 at one side, the inner rod portion 5, and the other outer rod portion 9; and thus creating gaps for fitting the transverse rope respectively between the upper end of the inner rod portion 5 and the upper ends of the outer rod portions 8 and 9, therefore, permitting to insert the transverse rope from the insertion gaps at both the sides to a rope receiving portion in the configuration.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for coping concrete to a revetment steel pipe sheet pile and a coping concrete block capable of eliminating assembly and disassembly working of a form in a construction site of a steel pipe sheet pile, curtailing a construction period of time without being required of using any ship and reducing costs. SOLUTION: A height adjusting jig 7 is welded to the upper part of a plurality of revetment steel pipe sheet piles placed in parallel, and after a height adjusting plate 3 is mounted on the height adjusting jig 7, a coping concrete block 4 having a U-shaped cross section is made to mount its upper wall on the height adjusting plate, its side wall is approximately parallel to the steel pipe sheet pile, the end of its bottom wall is so placed and fixed that it comes into contact with the steel pipe sheet pile, the inside of the U-shaped concrete block is connected to the outside of the steel pipe sheet pile with a turn-buckle 11 to adjust an interval between the U-shaped concrete block and the outside of the steel pipe sheet pile, ready mixed concrete 9 is cast in a gap between the U-shaped concrete block and the outside of the steel pipe sheet pile, and the ready mixed concrete is solidified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a slab even in a narrow place by driving a slab support mounting member raised and lowered by the operation of a lift hydraulic cylinder while regularly receiving a tension to a connecting member such as wire, and substantially vertically raising and lowering a slab mounting jig.
