The insertion structure 7 is fixed to the interior of the cock 1 with the aid of a web 10, and the insertion structure 7 includes a porous plate 11 in a flat surface of the flanges 4, 8, and further a baffleplate 12 is disposed. Thus, a proper air stream is ensured.
