    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible inkjet-ink composition which makes it possible to give a good print quality without causing a problem of blurs because of an ink cissing when printing letters and images with a piezo-type inkjet printer in a full color on the surface of the food, cosmetics, medicines or quasi-drugs containing many hydrophobic components on the surface. SOLUTION: This edible inkjet-ink composition permits a direct printing on the food and the like containing many hydrophobic components on the surface, and is used with a piezo-type inkjet printer and contains at least edible coloring matter, an emulsifier, a water-soluble solvent and water. The edible coloring matter includes one or more selected from synthetic coloring matters, and the emulsifier includes one or more selected from saponin and lecithin. The water-soluble solvent contains propylene glycol, and the edible inkjet-ink composition has an ink viscosity at 25°C of 4.5 mPa s or less.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new marking agent for fish body, available at a low cost, easily usable even in the case of marking a large number of fish bodies and having food sanitation safety and long mark-retention period and provide a new method for the marking of fish body capable of reducing the fish marking cost and reducing the mortality of specimen fish compared with conventional method.
      SOLUTION: The marking agent for fish body is produced by dispersing powder of water-insoluble coloring material in 0.9-1.2 wt.% agar solution in an amount of 10 wt.% in terms of outer percentage. The marking agent is sucked in an injection cylinder and injected under the skin (preferably in a cavity part) of the fish body in an amount of 0.2-0.5 mL per one injection site to mark the fish body. The method is preferably used for the marking of Heterosomata such as flounder and flatfish.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dye composition excellent in solubility and solution stability. SOLUTION: A plurality of dye components having a sulfo group and an amino group or salts thereof are produced by a diazo coupling method and the pH of an aqueous solution containing the plurality of dye components is adjusted to a dissociating pH of the sulfo group (e.g. pH >=2, especially pH 4-7.5) to deposit the dye components. Thereby, the dye composition is produced. The plurality of dye components include a black dye composition (a dye composition composed of a disazo derivative, a trisazo derivative and a tetrazo derivative) produced by reducing a nitro compound prepared by the diazo coupling reaction of H-acid or its salt with nitroaniline and carrying out the diazo coupling reaction of the reduction product with phenylenediamine. The pH of the aqueous solution can be adjusted to thereby provide a dye composition having high stability in the form of the aqueous solution even if the content of the tetrazo derivative is >=60 wt.%.
