    • PURPOSE: To heighten the limit of contraction of a bladder and improve the volumetric efficiency of an accumulator, by providing spiral folds on the peripheral surface of the bladder which is fited in a pressure container and divides its interior into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber.
      CONSTITUTION: An accumulator, which has a pressure container 1 whose lower part is provided with a supply/discharge port 2 which is opened or closed by a valve 5, includes a bladder 7 which is made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber or the like and housed in the pressure container 1. The upper part of the bladder 7 is gastightly fitted in the mounting port 6 of the upper end of the pressure container 1 by a screw 9. The interior of the pressure container 1 is divided into a gas chamber (a) and a liquid chamber (b) by the bladder 7. The bladder 7 is provided with spiral holds 10 on the peripheral surface. When the gas chamber (a) is compressed, the part between the holds 10 is recessed to fold the bladder 7 as an accordion to contract it in the radial and axial directions. According to this constitution, the volumetric efficiency or the like of the accumulator is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To improve performance of an accumulator by disposing a support for a separating member, which is formed by laminating a plurality of wire nets at random on a port for delivering and admitting a fluid to a chamber where the separating member is expanded. CONSTITUTION:A support 13 for a separating member, whichis formed by lamin ating a plurality of wire nets n1-n3 at random is disposed at a port 8 for delivering and admitting a fluid to a chamber (b) where a separating member 9 is expanded. Thus, the support 13 can have substantially uniform through holes on the whole surface thereof, and flow resistance is diminished to exhibit high performance and attain high operation performance as a transfer barrier. Furthermore, the through holes are fine and uniform, so that the separating member 9 is kept from being pushed to completely protect the separating member 9.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the bottom of a bladder from being pressurized and deformed into a valve section when liquid flows out at a high speed, by providing reinforcing ribs between holds provided on the peripheral surface of the bladder which divides the interior of a pressure container into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber.
      CONSTITUTION: The lower part of a pressure container 1 has a supply/discharge port 2 provided with a valve 5. The upper part of the pressure container 1 has a mounting port 6 for a bladder 7. The bladder 7 is made of rubber or the like. A mounting member 8 is fitted in the mounting port 6 of the pressure container 1 to secure the bladder 7 with a screw 9 to divide the interior of the pressure container 1 into a gas chamber (a) inside the bladder 7 and a liquid chamber (b) outside the bladder. A plurality of holds 10 are provided on the peripheral part of the bladder 7 so that the folds extend in the axial direction. Ribs 11 are provided on the inside of the bottom of the bladder 7 between the holds 10 to maintain the oroginal form of the bladder 7 to prevent its bottom from being pushed into the gap between the valve 5 and a valve seat 4 when liquid flows at a high speed out of the pressure container 1 and pressure acts on the bottom of the bladder 7.
