    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind tunnel rotary vane having a novel configuration which completely changes conventional configurations which may reach critical points in terms of rotational efficiency and power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: When an axis-proximal portion 16 with respect to a wind receiving surface 14, of a certain blade 12 of a wind tunnel rotary vane 10 rotating by receiving wind in a wind tunnel 20, rotates and moves to a position perpendicular to the wind blowing through the wind tunnel 20, the wind blowing in the wind tunnel 20 passes through ventilation holes 1 and strikes the wind receiving surface 14 of another blade 12 positioned farther at a leeward side in the wind tunnel 20, and thus the wind receiving surface 14 of the other blade 12 receiving the strongest wind, further receives the wind newly passing through the ventilation holes 1 at the point when the wind gradually weakens, which imparts a stronger torque, so that the torque can be increased even at that position.
