SOLUTION: A disposal target 200 is set in a positioning tool 250 within a blastproof container body 51. The blastproof container body 51 is set in a positioning tool 260, and a fixation plate 70 is set in a mounting guide 27 of a heating chamber lid 20. A blastproof container lid 60 is set in a mounting guide 28. The heating chamber lid 20 is fixed to a body 11 of a heating chamber in the sealed state by a lid lock device 30. Then, air within the heating chamber is removed by a vacuum pump, and the disposal target 200 is burned by heating by a heating heater 40.
