摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste oil recycling system which efficiently recycles waste oil into useful recycled articles. SOLUTION: A waste oil tank 4 is installed in each of oil-using facilities 1 distributed over various areas to accumulate used waste oil and detect their accumulation levels by oil level meters 6. These oil level meters 6 are connected to a common distribution center 2 via telegraphic means. When the distribution center 2 receives a message that either of the waste oil tanks 4 has reached a control level, the center 2 sends a recovery vehicle 8 to the waste oil tank 4 to recover the waste oil as a valuable matter and carry the waste oil to a recycling plant where it is processed into recycled articles.

SOLUTION: This method for preventing the deterioration of an edible oil comprises introducing an inert gas into the edible oil used for a frying cooking, thereby mixing and contacting the edible oil with the inert gas to form the finely bubbled product, which can prevent the deterioration of the edible oil. The edible oil is heated at 60-240 deg.C. A high voltage of 1,000-6,000 V is applied to the edible oil into which the inert gas is introduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate projected parts on a surface of a lacquer ware before finish coating to efficiently conduct finish coating and the like by a method wherein after adhesive coating and decorative powder are applied on a non- painting part of a body, coating is applied on a painting part lower than the non-painting part by the thickness of the decorative powder. CONSTITUTION:For painting a lacquer ware, a tool allowing a coating material to permeate through only to a non-painting part is overlapped on a body 1 of the lacquer ware; thereon adhesive coating 4 is conducted to the non-painting part; thereon decorative powder 5 is bonded; coating is conducted on a painting part 7 lower than the periphery of the non-painting part by the thickness of the decorative powder 5; thereon decorative powder 5 is bonded; thus, the surface is made uniform and flat all over; and transparent finish coating 8 is conducted all over the surface. In this manner, projected parts on a surface of a lacquer ware are eliminated before finish coating. Finish coating and luster coating can be efficiently conducted. A beautiful surface without irregularities can be formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit to obtain the same output as before even when the fuel is being curtailed by magnetizing the fuel oil which flows through an oil sending pipe connecting a fuel oil tank and a carburettor. CONSTITUTION:The oil sending pipe 4, connecting the fuel oil tank 1 and the carburettor 2, is provided with a fuel oil magnetizing device around the outer periphery thereof. A casing 5 is attached to the oil sending pipe 4 and an insulating member 6 is adhered to the inner periphery of the casing 5 while an electromagnetic coil 7 is provided at the inner periphery of the insulating member 6 and both ends of the electromagnetic coil 7 are connected to an electric source 8 through a switch 9. According to this method, the fuel oil, which flows in the oil sending pipe 4, is magnetized and the same output may be obtained as before under curtailing the consumption of the fuel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl hollow ball free from air leakage by means of an air injection nipple in which a chrolinated polyethylene resin is gelated by heat mixed with a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A chrolinated polyethylene resin is mixed with a large amount of plasticizer (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) and gelated by heat to form an air injection piece, which is bonded on the inner wall of metal die. Then, a vinyl resin paste is placed into the die and gel solidified on the inner surface of the die with heated rotation thereof to obtain the intended hollow ball. The air injection piece is preferably bonded with an adhesive made up of a vinyl resin with addition of an adhesive resin and a proper amount of thermosetting reactive plasticizer.

CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of nondrip type vinyl chloride intimate mixtures, obtained by adding pigments, fillers, diluents, denaturants, stabilizing agents or the like into a composition consisting of 25-60wt% of vinyl chloride resin, 40- 75wt% of plasticizer and 1.5-8wt% of SiO2 and having viscosity characteritics including 10,000-30,000cps of viscosity, 1,000-4,000dyne/cm of yielding value and 1.55-1.99 of V4/V2, are sprayed to the inner surfaces of the molding tools divided into several pieces by employing the high-powered spray (100-300kg/cm ) of the airless type to adher the intimate mixture of vinyl chloride under masking, if necessary, thereafter, the molding tools are assembled and heated, thus, the combined molded piece of the films of several kinds of colors, soft and hard, foamed and nonfoamed or the like may be obtained by simple working processes.
