摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly continue a metallic plate and the surface of a synthetic resin by forming a metallic base material to a prescribed shape, bringing it to decorative treatment after half blanking of a bulge part, and bringing it to blanking by a plane shape containing a buried part buried in a synthetic resin base part. CONSTITUTION:A metallic base material 5 whose wall thickness is about 0.5mm is formed to a prescribed shape. After executing half blanking of about 1/2 of wall thickness by a plane shape of a bulge part 2 exposed from a base part 3 of a synthetic resin, a decorative treatment is performed. Subsequently, blanking is executed by the plane shape containing a buried part 4 buried in the base part 3 of the synthetic resin. In such a way, the base part of the synthetic resin which is brought to insert forming can be miniaturized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion by bringing a decorated part to the same plane, by preliminarily forming a non-conductive film layer to the surface of a metal product, and applying the press-bonding of a stamping foil to the conductive metal surface exposed by removing a desired part through a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A film layer 2 is formed on the surface of a metal product 1 by using a non-conductive paint having a thermosetting resin compounded therein and, subsequently, parts corresponding to a desired character or picture pattern are removed from the film layer 2 by laser irradiation. In the next step, an electrodeposition film layer 4 is formed to the conductive metal surface of the metal product exposed by removing the nonconductive film layer 2 in an electrodeposition coating bath comprising an aqueous solution or emulsion of a thermosetting resin fitted to the metal material in a thickness leaving the thickness of a stamping foil. Subsequently, under a semi-cured state of the film layer 4, a stamping foil 5 is adhered to the film layer 4 under pressure by using an elastomer such as silicone rubber heated to 150-200 deg.C and dry heating treatment is applied.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain pressed powder without beads and without change in a middle tray which holds a cosmetic material by working the middle tray simultaneously by utilizing the stress at which the solidified cosmetic material is packed in the middle tray. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 10 which deforms plastically is placed on a die 5' and a punch 4' provided with a guide hole 2' is set from above. A powdered cosmetic material 6 is packed in the hole 2' and the material 6 is compressed with a punch 7'. At this same instant, the material 10 is formed to the prescribed shape punched in the die 5'. The pressed powder 13 holding the material 6 in a middle tray 1' is obtained. The pressed powder 13 is thus obtained without beads and without change in the middle tray.

CONSTITUTION:A highly extensible sheet material 8 having 0.05-0.10mm. thickness is placed between a male mold 3 having a perforated molding hole 2 and a rising and lowering filling guide mold 5 having a filling guide hole 4 at a position in alignment with the molding hole 2, and a powdery cosmetic containing an adhesive added thereto is filled in the filling guide mold 5 and compressed with a molding punch 7 to extend and deform the sheet material 8 following the molding hole 2 and compress and cake the powdery cosmetic 6. The filling guide mold 5 is then raised, and the excess part of the sheet material 8 is pulled up and peeled from the mold 1.

CONSTITUTION:After resin printed parts 1 of characters, patterns or the like are formed on a metallic surface 2, they are baked then dried. Thence, an electrodeposition coating film layer 3 is formed on the metallic surface 2 after the baking treatment of the parts other than its printed parts 1. In this case, the parts 1 have no electricity conducting characteristic and therefore, no layers 3 are formed thereon. hence, it is possible to smooth the surface or to form the parts 1 into a convex or concave shape depending upon the forming amount of the layer 3. Further, the parts 1 are difficult to peel from end parts 4 because they are encircled by the layer 3.

A part of the peripheral surface opposite to a part 8 in contact with the screen 4 is exposed to the radiation of ultraviolet rays a discharged through the radiation opening 7 of a shade cover 5 from an ultraviolet lamp 6 arranged in the shade cover 5. The arrival of the ultraviolet rays (a) at the screen 4 is intercepted by the rotator 9 and the cylinder 1 to be printed, so that an ultraviolet-curing resin ink 3 on the screen 4 is not cured. After the printing operation is finished, the screen 4 is lifted, and the cylinder 1 to be printed is rotated by a half rotation or more, so as to cure the printed ultraviolet-curing resin 3. Consequently, the printing and curing steps are accomplished by one operation.

CONSTITUTION:A non-conductive film layer 2 consisting of a coated film layer of a thermosetting paint is formed on the surface of a metallic product 1 formed of a metallic material consisting of Al (alloy), copper (alloy), iron, etc. The desired parts of the layer 2 are removed according to a pattern, etc. to expose the conductive metallic surface 3. A conductive coated film layer 4 is in succession formed on the surface 3 by electrodeposition painting of a conductive thermosetting paint (e.g.; a mixture composed of a cationic type thermosetting resin and fine metallic powder). A plating metal 5 of gold, silver, copper, etc. is thereafter formed on the surface of the layer 4 by which the intended ornament is provided to the metallic product.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ornament an Al sheet having a PVC sheet stuck with an adhesive by working the Al sheet to a desired shape, partially cutting off the PVC sheet to expose the Al surface, anodically oxidizing the exposed Al surface and carrying out pore sealing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A chemically treated layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 are successively formed on the surface of an Al sheet 1 and a PVC sheet 4 is stuck to the Al sheet 1 by a roll pressing method. The Al sheet 1 having the PVC sheet 4 is drawn and the ear of the drawn body is cut off to form a cap 5. Two circular grooves 6 are cut in the outside of the cap 5 with a diamond bit to partially expose the Al surface. The cap 5 is then immersed in an aq. solfuric acid soln., where an anodic oxide film 7 is formed by conventional anodic oxidation. The cap 5 is further immersed in a dye soln. and the film 7 is treated to seal the pores.
