    • PURPOSE:To easily remove a product from tub-form frames by a method wherein a rotatable cylindrical frame body is formed by circularly arranging and connecting a plurality of tub-form frames each having a U-shaped cross section and axially extending, the tub-form frames are each extended in a taper form toward the inner periphery thereof, and an introducing end plate and a bottom end plate are detachably mounted on the both ends. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical frame body 10 of a centrifugal molding machine A is formed by circularly arranging a plurality of tub-form frames 20 each having a U-shaped cross section and axially extending and integrally connecting them using belt-form connecting members 23. The tub-form frames 20 are each opened at the inner pheriphery thereof opposedly to an axis X of the body 10 and extended in width in a taper form from outside to inside. Thus, trapezoidal molding spaces S are formed inside. A material introducing ring disk 21 and a bottom forming disk 22 are mounted on the front and back of the body 10. These disks are detachably mounted on the body 10. A material introduced through the material introducing ring disk 21 is charged in the tub-form frames 20 with a sufficient density by the cetrifugal force of the body 10 and hardened. At the time of removal, the disks 21, 22 are detached, and a concrete product in the tub-form frames 20 falls under its own weight to be removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to realize a special form or scale up a form and simplify an installation work by arranging a cladding material on the inner face of a shuttering for a centrifugal molding machine and injecting a kneaded concrete into the shuttering to bind both together all in one piece. SOLUTION: A reinforcing steel is arranged in a molding space Q and a cladding material A' is arranged on a stationary form 2 side in such a manner that the surface side of a tile A3 for cladding finish is tightly attached to the stationary form 2 side, to bring a support 41 into contact with a movable form 3. Further, the form main body of a centrifugal molding machine is mounted on a rotating device to rotate the former, and at the same time, a kneaded concrete is charged through a material charge opening. The charged kneaded concrete can be packed into each of the molding spaces Q to the homogeneous and adequate density by a centrifugal force generated by rotation of the form main body. Consequently, it is possible to increase the density of an aggregate in the texture and remove an excess moisture which is the cause for the generation of a void by a centrifugal separation action and realize the tight bonding of the cladding material A' with a concrete part A1 due to the uneven surface of the cladding material as a gripping means. Thus there is no fear that the cladding material A' might come off and the concrete panel for cladding can be made as thin as possible.

    • PURPOSE:To make a texture dense and defoam completely foams in a mixture by molding the mixture of light-weight aggregate, cement and water into the given shape by means of a centrifugal molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A drum 7 of a centrifugal molding machine A is rotated, and when the specified number of rotations is obtained, mortar composed of a mixture of light-weight aggregate, cement and water is grouted from an opening in the center of a front end plate 8 into the drum 7, and the rotation of the drum 7 is continued for the specified time. The mortar grouted into the drum 7 is rotated together with the drum 7 to generate centrifugal force to be force fitted into a mold M opened toward the center of the drum by the centrifugal force larger by far than gravity to mold a light-weight concrete formed product L of dense texture. When the molding process is completed, the drum 7 is removed from the centrifugal molding machine A and placed on a bed of a conveying device C, and the drum 7 is disassembled and the mold M is lifted up. Then, the light-weight concrete molded product L having been molded is removed, cured on the bed and finished as a product.
