    • PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet having excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance and remarkable gas-shielding property and electrical contacting property, by filling a heat-fusible resin in a void of a sheet composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and electrically conductive fine powder.
      CONSTITUTION: A heat-fusible resin is filled in the voids of an electrically con ductive sheet composed of 3W40% polytetrafluoroethylene and 60W97% electri cally conductive fine powder having an average particle diameter of ≤10μm. The heat-fusible resin is a fluorine-containing resin containing a polytetrafluoroethylene, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, or a copolymer of polychlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. The electrically conductive fine powder is fine powder of carbonaceous sub stance.

    • PURPOSE: A thin film having improved strength, flexibility, and elasticity, obtained by packing and forming a silicone rubber layer in the texture of a drawn treated porous membrane material wherein fibers are formed between very small knotted parts.
      CONSTITUTION: A silicone rubber layer is packed into and formed in the texture of drawn treated porous membrane material wherein a great number of fibers are made between very small knotted parts. The drawn treated porous membrane material is extended on a plane or a curved surface, a proper amount of a silicon rubber solution containing a crosslinking agent or a catalyst is added to the plane or the curved surface, expanded by a rubber plate, etc., impregnated into the whole area, and extended. It is then crosslinked and polymerized, to give the aimed electrical insulating film. This film has the same preferable characteristics as those of silicone rubber with respect to flexibility and elasticity, sufficiently improved tensile strength, and a thin layer material having ≤1/10 the thickness of existing silicone rubber product.
