摘要： PURPOSE: A cap equipped with twisted stirring blades is set to the roasting drum, which is attached to the revoling shaft, then the roasting drum is heated under rotation to effect roasting simply.
CONSTITUTION: The roasting drum 11 is fixed demountably to the shaft 5 roratable with the motor 9 through reduction gears 7, 8 and the cap of the drum 13 is equipped with spiral stirring blades 15. Coffee beans are contained in the roasting drum 11, the cap 13 is set and the drum is attached to the shaft 5, then heated with heater 2 to effect roasting. A time switch is used to enable the treatment for a prescribed time.
