摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to effectively suck coating material sludge by inclining the liquid surface of a water tank toward the rear chamber of a booth to form water film flow, providing the rear part of this water tank with a trough and sucking the coating material sludge from this trough into a coating material sludge recovering device. CONSTITUTION: A water flow plate 1 is disposed over the entire width in the opening of the front surface open type coating booth and the water is uniformly passed to this water flow plate 1 in such a manner that the water film is formed. Spray mists wash down the coarse mists bombarded directly against the water flow plate 1 by the injection force of the spray gun with the water film, thereby dropping the coarse mists into the water tank 7. The water flow plate 1 is provided with a steam flow tank 2 spread with a perforated plate 1a on its base behind the water flow plate 1 so that the water falls from this perforated plate 2a and flows along a guide plate 8 into the water tank 7. The coating material mists, etc., failing to be captured by the steam flow tank 2 are branched to both flanks of the coating booth from an introducing cylinder 3 and are introduced into the rear chamber 9 of the booth, where the coating material mists collide against the water surface waved by the high-velocity air flow together with the sucked air and are captured.

Intake holes 3, 3a opened on the belt guards 2, 2a are formed in the size of the diameter corresponding to the diameter of the fan of the flywheel pulley 6, and also it is formed in a mesh shape. Cooling wind holes 4, 4a of the belt guard fixing plates 1, 1a are opened in the same diameter as that of the intake holes 3, 3a. In the ventilation hole area, the size of the mesh is enlarged opposing to the ventilation area of the intake hole 3 so as to reduce the resistance of cooling wind.

Inner pressure in the crankcase 1 is led into the suction passage by the breather set 6 and the leading-in pipe 7, and the average pressure difference between the pressure in the crank case 1 and the pressure in the suction passage is thereby suppressed to nearly same pressure, or the pressure in the crankcase 1 is suppressed to high water column 500mmAq and less.

摘要： PURPOSE: To easily adjust degree of tightening of a packing set and to completely seal each part by separately providing a fixed seal, at the time of mounting of the body of a cartridge, and a packing pusher, and to reduce a pushing force imparted to the packing set by loosening a packing push screw. CONSTITUTION: In a packing set 7 accommodated in a packing chamber 10a, if a packing pusher 11 is screwed in, a lip portion of a lip packing 1 pushes a sliding surface of a needle valve 3, by means of an elasticity imparting ring 2 made of an independent foam material, to seal the sliding surface. The outer periphery of the packing 1 is sealed by a pressing force against the bottom surface and side surface of the chamber 10a which are finely finished. The pressing force against the packing set 7 is determined by the degree of tightening of screw of the packing pusher 11. In this case, while the needle valve 3 is caused to slide, control is performed so that the valve acts smoothly and a coating material, etc., is sealed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent paint accumulation caused by paint sticking in a mixing chamber by forming a ringlike slit in which both a tip cap taper and the external taper of the tip part of a paint nozzle are formed to have a specified angle respectively in an inside mixing type spray gun constituted by joining a tip cap having the mixing chamber and the single-hok paint nozzle. CONSTITUTION: Paint force-fed and supplied from a single-hole paint nozzle 1 is spouted into the mixing chamber 2a of a tip cap 2 and mixed with compressed air injected from a ringlike slit 4 formed between an external taper 1a of the tip part of the paint nozzle and a tip cap taper 2b and thereby a mixed stream is obtained. In this case, the ringlike slit 4 is formed by regulating the tip cap taper 2b at about 180 deg.C, and regulating the external taper 1a of the tip part of the paint nozzle at an obtuse angle of >=90 deg.. Thereby, the central paint jet is diffused by air injector through the ringlike slit 4 and fresh paint is allowed to always flow on the wall surface of the mixing chamber 2a. Paint accumulation caused by paint sticking in the mixing chamber 2a is prevented.
