    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to effectively suck coating material sludge by inclining the liquid surface of a water tank toward the rear chamber of a booth to form water film flow, providing the rear part of this water tank with a trough and sucking the coating material sludge from this trough into a coating material sludge recovering device. CONSTITUTION: A water flow plate 1 is disposed over the entire width in the opening of the front surface open type coating booth and the water is uniformly passed to this water flow plate 1 in such a manner that the water film is formed. Spray mists wash down the coarse mists bombarded directly against the water flow plate 1 by the injection force of the spray gun with the water film, thereby dropping the coarse mists into the water tank 7. The water flow plate 1 is provided with a steam flow tank 2 spread with a perforated plate 1a on its base behind the water flow plate 1 so that the water falls from this perforated plate 2a and flows along a guide plate 8 into the water tank 7. The coating material mists, etc., failing to be captured by the steam flow tank 2 are branched to both flanks of the coating booth from an introducing cylinder 3 and are introduced into the rear chamber 9 of the booth, where the coating material mists collide against the water surface waved by the high-velocity air flow together with the sucked air and are captured.

    • PURPOSE: To improve cooling effect of a compressor main body to more extent by enlarging the size of the mesh for a cooling wind hole on a belt guard fixing plate more than that of the intake hole of a belt guard, arranging a guide wall on the outer circumference of the flywheel pulley side of the cooling wind hole, and guiding cooling wind to the cooling wind hole effectively. CONSTITUTION: In a belt guard set for surrounding a belt 5 winded around the motor pulley 7 and the flywheel pulley 6 of a belt drive reciprocating compressor, belt guard fixing plates 1, 1a and belt guards 2, 2a are each divided into modules and molded out of resin. Intake holes 3, 3a opened on the belt guards 2, 2a are formed in the size of the diameter corresponding to the diameter of the fan of the flywheel pulley 6, and also it is formed in a mesh shape. Cooling wind holes 4, 4a of the belt guard fixing plates 1, 1a are opened in the same diameter as that of the intake holes 3, 3a. In the ventilation hole area, the size of the mesh is enlarged opposing to the ventilation area of the intake hole 3 so as to reduce the resistance of cooling wind.
