摘要： PURPOSE:The raw cotton on the conveyor route is subjected to colored things detection by means of a detection mechanism thereof and, when a colored thing is detected, the raw cotton containing the colored thing is separated from the conveyor to remove contaminants such as seeds or the like during conveying. CONSTITUTION:The raw cotton which is sent by fan 1 through the upright duct 3 is examined on colored things included therein by detecting them with cameras 7 and 8. When a colored thing is detected, the damper 13 operates, at the time when the raw cotton including the colored thing comes to the damper, to switch the flow path to the branched duct 14 so that the cotton including colored things are sent into the bag 15 for collecting colored cotton.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled molded body having satisfactory strength and performance by using synthetic zeolite and natural zeolite as starting materials for zeolite, mixing them with a binder and water, and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Porous synthetic zeolite (SZ) having about 400-1,000m /g specific surface area is mixed with porous natural zeolite (NZ) having about 100- 500m /g specific surface area in about 0.5-6wt. ratio of SZ/NZ (expressed in terms of anhydride). About 1-5wt% inorg. binder such as bentonite is added to the mixture, about 1-5wt% org. binder such as methylcellulose is optionally added, and water is added so as to adjust the water content to about 55%. They are mixed and molded. The molded body is dried at about 100 deg.C and calcined at 430-650 deg.C to obtain a molded body of porous composite zeolite having >=250m /g specific surface area.
