    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for producing a compost in which noxious microorganisms are killed and an apparatus for pressurizing and kneading treatment used therefor. SOLUTION: A compost raw material charged into a pressurizing and kneading treatment tank is pressurized and kneaded with a forced feeding screw for forming mutually opposite internal and external two-layer flows in the forward direction and retreating directions. Thereby, tissue surfaces of microorganisms are broken in a process for circulating a part of the raw material heated up by the pressurizing and kneading in the forward direction in the treatment tank while pressurizing and kneading the raw material in the retreating direction and the resultant microorganisms in the raw material are made to stay at >=70 deg.C temperature for >=1 min and killed. A fermenting microorganism is added to the resultant raw material in which the microorganisms are subjected to killing treatment and fermented while pulverizing the raw material, bringing the pulverized raw material into contact with air and cooling the raw material. For that purpose, the forced feeding screw has a structure in which forward screw blades 11 and a retreating screw blade 12 are fixed to a common rotating shaft so as to form internal and external double coaxial blades.

Then, the dust is sent to a specific gravity classifier 6 to be classified into high specific gravity dust, medium specific gravity dust and low specific gravity dust. The high specific gravity dust D is sent to a recovery apparatus 7 to be separated into a resources recovery component and an incineration disposal component and combustible matter is sent to a hopper 10. The medium specific gravity dust H is separated into org. and inorg. matters by an org. and inorg. matter classifier 8 and the org. matter J is sent to the hopper 10 and the inorg. matter I is sent to a building material manufacturing apparatus 9. The low specific gravity dust K is sent to the hopper 10 to be sent to an incinerator 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device that continuously monitors biological sounds from a patient for a fixed time and automatically determines his conditions.
      SOLUTION: The device is provided with a sound detector 1 to be attached continuously and directly to a patient and a central processing unit 8 that previously stores the patient's normal and abnormal biological sound data 10a and 10b and compares them with biological sound data input from the sound detector 1. If the CPU 8 determines the results to be abnormal, it gives the alarm via an alarm means 9 or an image sound input/output means 3A. The CPU 8 can also be structured so that it can output patients' biological sound data to a medical institution 5 through a processor 2 and a communication means 4. Further a doctor can apply this biological sound stethoscope to a patient at home by specifying to him the sound detection position on his body through the bi-directional communications between the image sound input/output parts 3A and 3B on the patient's part and the medical institution 5's part.

The pair of rotors are provided in the treating tank so that mutual twisting fans are partially superposed during the rotation and in parallel and rotatable in the same direction. The twisting fans in every rotors respectively has gradually approaching fan face in which mutual fan unit superposing during the rotation is mutually gradually approaching while mutually rotating in opposed direction, and the bedding materials wound between mutual fan units in the rotation are pressed from the opposed directions and rubbed and twisting.

In this constitution, the cutting tool 4 is vertically moved, and the rotary arm 6 is rotated in the radial direction of the lap surface plate 3. A surface of the lap surface plate can be finely cut by adjusting rotational driving of the driving motor part and a notch depth of the cutting tool 4.
