    • PURPOSE: To obtain a down-sized hinge device having a regulating force against a strong rotary force by providing a leaf working in cooperation with other hinge leaf and a tortion spring provided in an actuation member of the other hinge leaf to constitute this hinge device with rotary control. CONSTITUTION: A first hinge leaf 11 to be fitted to a car door is constituted of a body 11a having a fitting plate 14, a hinge projection 16 fitted to the fitting plate 14, and a checking reaction means 19 of the hinge. Then, a second hinge leaf 12 to be fitted to a car body is constituted of a body 12a having a fitting plate 30 projecting from an arm 31. Further, the hinge device is provided with a torsion spring 40 fitted to one of the hinge leaves 11, 12 and a means extending toward one or several actuation members and moving in the interlocking motion with them, imparting a checking force to the movement of the axis between the hinge leaves 11, 12 and transferring the torsion spring 40 and actuating it. The respective hinge leaves 11, 12 are separated along the axis. In this way, the device can be downsized and a checking force against a strong rotational force can be given.

    • PURPOSE: To eliminate almost or all rotating play between a scab arm and a cussion arm by cooperating at least one sun gear with a conical trapezoid form and accelerating the sun gear in an axial direction and a planetary gear to an outward radial direction to bring it in contact with a circular gear. CONSTITUTION: Since a sun gear 16 of a conical trapezoid form having a narrow end faced to an accelerated direction of a conventional spring 25 is furthermore accelerated between it and planetary gear 18, the planetary gear 18 is accelerated in an outward radial direction and has an accelerating effect to be brought into contact with circular gears 12 and 14. An inclination angle of a surrounding wall in the sun gear 16 is preferably about 5-10 deg.. An elasticity of a spring 25 is increased over a power produced by rotation of a driving axis during adjustment of the accelerating power and is selected in order to insure an accelerating tendency for disassembling the sun gear 16 from the planatary gear 18 in an axial direction. It also insures that the planatary gear is accelerated in an outward radial direction during adjustment of a device similar to static time of the device. Terminals of the planatery gear 18 are chamfered a little to assist introduction of the sun gear 16 is an axial direction without rotation of the gear.
