摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the atomization of a liquid mixture and atomizing efficiency by a method in which a spray head is installed in an outlet apparatus in which liquid flows passing through numbers of channels meet together to communicate with the apparatus, and an apparatus which applies a high electric field to the liquid coming out from the outlet apparatus is provided. SOLUTION: A middle plate 1 and two outside plates 3, 5 which are arranged in parallel to each other, two liquid supply channels 4, 6 are partitioned by the plates, and inflow pipes 13, 15 are connected to each channel 4, 6. In the middle plate 1, its lower part outflow end 7 is located downstream from the downward outflow ends of the outside plates 3, 5 to be separated slightly from them, and a section including the lower ends 10, 12 of the outside plates 3, 5 and the lower end 7 of the middle plate 1 is functioned as an outflow apparatus for a spray head. A strong electrostatic field is generated between the lower ends 7 the middle plate 1 by potential applied to the plates 1, 3, 5 from a generator, and mixed liquids A, B are atomized to be dispersed as fine particles.
