    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of welding for stepped fittings and to facilitate bolt tightening work to improve construction efficiency.
      SOLUTION: In this fitting device 9 for fitting an extrusion molded cement board 1 to a through angle 6 fixed to a beam 7 of a building by the stepped fittings 10, a projection 13 is provided on the back of the upper part of the stepped fittings 10, and a fitting hole 26A fitted to the projection 13 is formed on a contact plate 11. The contact plate and the upper part of the stepped fittings 10 are superposed one on the other, and disposed outside the extrusion molded cement board 1, and the through angle 6 is inserted between the contact plate 11 and the lower part of the stepped fittings 10. The overlapping part of the contact plate 11 and the stepped fitting 10 is fastened and fixed to the extrusion molded cement board 1 by a bolt 14, and the through angle 6 is held and fixed between the contact plate 11 and the lower part of the stepped fitting 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack from being caused on a cement plate by dispensing with anti-loosing welding for a Z-clip and the chamfering work of the cement plate.
      SOLUTION: A stiffening plate 11 is arranged on the outer surface side of the cement plate 1 in such a manner as to abut on the inner surface of a though angle member 6, and a nut 12 is arranged on the inner surface side of the cement plate 1. After that, a downside vertical part 17 of the Z-clip 10 abuts on the outer surface of the through angle member 6, and an upside vertical part of the Z-clip 10 is superposed on the upside part 21 of the stiffening plate 11. Subsequently, a fastening bolt 14 is inserted through the slot 18 of the Z-clip 10 and the slot 26 of the stiffening plate 11, and screwed and fastened into the nut 12. The through angle member 6 is fixed by being pressed against the swelling part 24 side of the stiffening plate 11 by the spring force of the lower part of the Z-clip 10.
