    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable capacitor microphone in which not only electric charges can be implanted from a metal coating surface after assembling of the microphone but also a dielectric body has the resistance to water or humidity, because the body is kept in a sealing state after being fully cleaned.
      SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone has a conductive diaphragm 3 which has a grounding electrode layer 31 formed of a conductive light metal, a conductive fixed electrode 5 which is provided so as to oppose the diaphragm 3 with an air layer 8 sandwiched, an organic dielectric layer 32 which is provided at an interface 32C side of the diaphragm 3 with the layer 8 and is made of an organic compound, and a permanent charge layer 32A which is made of ions or electrons and is formed in a deep section being away from the layer 8 at the center position in a thickness direction of the layer 32 within the layer 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device whose maintenance work is easy as to the microphone device in which moisture resistance is requested like that for noise measurement, which is used outdoors.
      SOLUTION: The microphone device stored in a container 1 is provided with a dehumidification element 7 which has porous electrodes on respective faces of a solid electrolyte film having hydrogen ion conductivity and is arranged between the inner part and the outer part of the container 1, a DC power source 17 supplying a DC current to the dehumidification element 7, a humidity detection means 15 detecting humidity in the container 1, a reversible moisture absorption member 18 which is arranged in the container 1 and absorbs and discharges moisture, and a dehumidification control means 16 applying a DC voltage to the the dehumidification element 7 from the DC power source 17 when humidity in the container 1 detected by the humidity detection means 15 reaches a humidity setting value, and removing moisture in the container 1 and the reversible moisture absorption member 18. When humidity in the container detected by the humidity detection means 15 reaches the humidity setting value, the dehumidification control means 16 applies a DC voltage to the dehumidification element 7 from the DC power source. Consequently, maintenance work becomes easy and the inner part of the container can be kept in prescribed humidity since moisture in the container and a reversible moisture absorption member is removed.
