摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden road buffer body which has a low cost while having high safety to an impact and is lightened as a whole by using lumber as a main material, the place of installation of which is moved easily and the disposal method of which after damage is also facilitated and for which the lumber from a thinning or the lumber such as small-diametral lumber is utilized effectively.
SOLUTION: The wooden road buffer body constituted so that a buffer material is housed in a drum 2 worked and molded in an approximately cylindrical shape by utilizing the lumber, a top-face opening and an underside opening of the drum 2 are covered with a top plate 5 and a bottom plate 6 while a sealant 3 is stuck on approximately the whole surface on the surface of an outer peripheral section and ropes 7 and 7 for reinforcing the drum-section are wound and clamped near the upper end of the outside section of the drum section 2 and near a lower end is used as a basic constitution. A projection 4a is formed at one end of a long-sized side plate 4 utilizing the lumber, a recess 4b is formed at the other end and the projection 4a and the recess 4b are fitted and connected, and worked and molded. The approximately cylindrical-shaped drum 2 is thus machined and manufactured.
