    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety and to prevent failures even if there is an obstacle below a lowering table when the table is vertically moved to facilitate the taking-out of a bag containing rice or the like. SOLUTION: A bag A is detected by a limit switch 20 provided in a table 1, and the table 1 is vertically moved by a hoist driving device 16. An obstacle detector 22 is provided in the lower side of the table 1. This obstacle detector 22 is provided with a swing arm 23 swung up and down within a specified range and a switch 24. If there is an obstacle such as the bag A below the table during the lowering of the table 1, the swing arm 23 is swung up relative to the table 1, and the switch 24 is opened. Thus, since the table 1 is raised and then stopped for a specified time, the obstacle is removed during this time. When the table 1 is raised, the swing arm 23 is swung down, and the switch 24 is closed. Thus, the table 1 is lowered again after the passage of specified time.

SOLUTION: This cooler for unhulled rice constituted by installing hanged tube parts 2 for sucking air in the lower direction of an air-sucking device 1 by hanging, arranging the hanged sucking tube parts 2 by hanging into a housing vessel 4 such as a grain tank for housing the unhulled rice 3, or the like and also the air-sucking device 1 at the upper part of a housing vessel 4, so as to cool by sucking and exhausting the heat of the unhulled rice 3 by sucking the air in the housing vessel 4 from the hanged sucking tube parts 2 through the air-sucking device 1, is provided by installing horizontal tube parts 5 in the air-sucking device 1, constituting at least so as to be able to load the horizontal tube parts 5 on supporting cross rods 6 spanned over the upper part of the housing vessel 4 in a horizontal state, and successively installing the hanged sucking tube parts 2 in tube-separated and plurally hanged state at the horizontal tube parts 5.

Also a timer 22 is installed on the control device 19. When the bag A is put on the table 1, the limit switch is operated, driving the drivingly lifting device 16 so as to raise the table 1 to the upper limit position. When the bag A is carried out, the limit switch 20 is operated so as to operate the timer 22. After the set time of the timer 22 is expired, for example, after 1 to 3 seconds, the table 1 lowers to the lower limit position and is brought under the wait condition.
