摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of high temperature at processing time by continuity-processing a shield wire, separating a coaxial cable exposed, in a metal tape wound onto a heat resistant resin tape. CONSTITUTION:When a heat resistant resin tape 21 is wound to a side edge of an insulating material-made holder 11, a sideward opening 12 in a notch 13 of the holder 11 is directly closed. Consequently, an insulating core 4 of a coaxial cable, inserted to the notch 13, is supported to be surrounded by the holder 11 and the tape 21. A copper-made metal tape 22 is wound onto the tape 21, and on the other hand, while a shield wire 5'', separating the coaxial cable 9 exposed, is drawn out from the sideward opening 12 of the notch 13 of the holder 11, the shield wire 5'' is folded back to an upper side of the tape 22 via a side edge of the tape 21. Further, when the end of the shield wire 5'' is soldered to the tape 22 by a soldering process 23, a high temperature at processing time is directly received by the tape 21, and a heat influence to the core 4 can be relaxed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crimp an extra fine conductor to a crimp terminal directly, by prescribing the crimp terminal and the crimping part of the extra fine conductor smaller than the size of an applicable conductor of the crimp terminal, to be formed into a cross section shape coincident to the extra fine conductor. SOLUTION: The ratio of the cross section area of the crimping part to, the conductor cross section area, of a crimp terminal 11 and the crimping part 19 of an extra fine conductor 18 smaller than the size of an applicable conductor of the crimp terminal 11 (the conductor compression ratio) is set 70% or more, so as to make in the cross section form coincident to the extra fine conductor 18. Consequently, a terminal crimping structure in an extra fine conductor 18 in which the extra fine conductor 18 can be crimped directly to the crimp terminal 11 through no other part can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the discontinuity of an internal conductor by curving and bypassing the internal conductor peeled slightly long and independently connecting it to a conductor mounting part, and connecting an external conductor peeled slightly short to a common mounting part. The internal conductor terminals 11a peeled slightly long are soldered and integrally connected to an independent conductor mounting part 27 via through-holes 29, whereby the external conductor 14 is made to function as a tension member to prevent the discontinuity of the internal conductor.

Also a clearance between the cover 20 and a connector main unit 30 is filled with a conductive member.

Furthermore, the extension end of the peeled internal conductor of the coaxial wire is soldered to the side surface of a land of the injection molded substrate.
