摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP call system which can reduce a time required for calling a VoIP call and provide good usability to a user. SOLUTION: The system comprises a connection control server 10 for controlling data communication connection to ISPs 1a, 1b and 1c; and an adaptor 200 for cellular phone to be attached on a cellular phone 5 provided with a VoIP call control means. The server 10 stores permission information of data communication connection. The adaptor 200 transmits a registration request including an adaptor ID to the server 10 of the ISP 1a. The server 10 of the ISP 1a transmits a new registration request comprising permission information including the adaptor ID included in the registration request to the servers 10 of the ISPs 1b and 1c. The servers 10 of the ISPs 1b and 1c each store the permission information included in the new registration request, and permit data communication connection in condition that the stored permission information matches the permission information received from the adaptor 200.
