摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce action force of a punch by setting the maximum height of an auxiliary punch from a base part of a work surface to be lower than the minimum height of an inclination work surface of a main punch, and setting height of an end part of the auxiliary punch from the base part to be lower than the maximum height of the work surface of the auxiliary punch. CONSTITUTION: For boring an object receiving hole in a panel, a hole boring punch 200 is formed of a main punch 232 having a pair of inclination work surfaces 250, 252, and an auxiliary punch 234 having a work surface 274 for boring an auxiliary hole for a fixing means for installing an object on the panel. At this time, the maximum height of the auxiliary punch 234 from a base part at the main punch on the work surface is set to be lower than the minimum height of the inclination work surface 250, 252 of the main punch. In addition, height at an end part of the auxiliary punch from the base part is set to be lower than the maximum height of the work surface 274 of the auxiliary punch, and a lower inclination angle 276 of the main punch work surface 250, 252 is set to be smaller than a lower inclination angle 278 of the auxiliary punch work surface 274. As a result, operation force required for boring a hole in the panel can be reduced.
