    • PURPOSE:To improve the laying properties and strength to pressure of a foundation concrete part A by a method wherein each post is fittingly inserted in its post mounting hole and a bed is pinched by both split collars installed to the reduced diameter part of the post and split nuts, which are made into an integral body and screwed to the threadingly cut part of the post, so as to droopingly fix the post. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, posts 5, 5a... are fittingly inserted respectively in post mounting holes 2, 2a... so that the fitting part 7 of each post exposure itself beyond the under face of a bed 1 in order to install split collard 9 to the reduced diameter part 7 and then pull the posts 5, 5a.... Next, split nuts 11, each pair of which are made into an integral body, are screwed to the threadingly cut part of the post so as to pinch the bed 1 between the split collars 9 and the split nuts 11 in order to droopingly fix the posts 5, 5a.... The posts 5, 5a... are supported by being pushed up through the force applied to the bed 1 when a pressurizing block 15 presses a bottom force part 14. The split nuts 11 only support the own weight of the posts 5, 5a..., a support 13, the pressurizing block 15 and the like when a press is out of operation.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance bulk specific gravity and strength in the molding of a large tile, etc., by providing a hydraulic type impact pressure device to the upper mold of a large-size tile pressing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 10 surrounded by a lower mold 6 and a retaining mold 9 is filled with a powder raw material and vibrators 8, 8a are operated to vibrate the powder raw material in the cavity 10 and the filling density of the powder raw material is raised to perform degassing. Further, upper and lower cylinders 13, 13a are moved up and down to move an upper mold 12 under low pressure to perform degassing. Next, the upper mold 12 is allowed to fall by the upper and lower cylinders 13, 13a to be pressed by a press cylinder 17 and, in this state, impact pressure is applied to the powder raw material by a hydraulic impact pressure device 14 to mold the same. Since impact force due to the hydraulic type impact pressure device is about 10 times conventional one, the powder raw material in the cavity 10 is vibrated to make it possible to sufficient degassing and practical effect such as strength is enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To mechanize a tile cutting operation in such a way that a cluster of baked laminating tile material is transfered being supported in standing state by a fall preventive device and is beaten on the top during moving to be teared off and the pieces of tile are dropped on a high speed conveyor at a cutting position. CONSTITUTION:A cluster of baked laminating material T is supported by a fall preventive device 10 at the end surface and is transferred being supported in standing state on a transfer conveyor 13. And beating members 25 and 25a are lowered and elevated contineously to beat the cluster of tile material T at a tile tearing device 22. By this beating, the tile material T is teared off into the pieces of material. Then, at a catering position 8, each of pieces is dropped one by one on a high speed conveyor 31 running under the transfer conveyor 3 and is conveyed. By means of this constitution a tile cutting operation can be machanized.
