The split nuts 11 only support the own weight of the posts 5, 5a..., a support 13, the pressurizing block 15 and the like when a press is out of operation.

Next, the upper mold 12 is allowed to fall by the upper and lower cylinders 13, 13a to be pressed by a press cylinder 17 and, in this state, impact pressure is applied to the powder raw material by a hydraulic impact pressure device 14 to mold the same. Since impact force due to the hydraulic type impact pressure device is about 10 times conventional one, the powder raw material in the cavity 10 is vibrated to make it possible to sufficient degassing and practical effect such as strength is enhanced.
