Each of the rigid members (31a, 31b) has a curved shape in which connecting points (d, e) on both ends are in positions deviated to one side from a longitudinal axis line with respect to the longitudinal axis line passing through the center connecting point (c) so that a telescopic trajectory of the telescopic arm (30) draws a curved line.
