摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus in which a pick-up member is moved away from a stack at a stacking location after placing a packaging unit.SOLUTION: A pick-up system has two pick-up members 13a and 13b on both sides, picks up the packaging units successively one by one on corresponding both sides thereof and conveys the packaging unit to a carrier. The carrier as the stacking location carries the substantially vertical stack. The apparatus includes a rotation device for rotating the carrier with the packaging units placed thereon through a quarter turn, a conveyor for placing the stack on a discharge conveyor, and the discharge conveyor for discharging the stack after placement of the last packaging unit of the stack. Each of the pick-up members is driven, whereby, from at least a predetermined height of the stack formed, and after placing the packaging unit, the pick-up member is moved away from the stack at the stacking location.
