The pipe body 4 has a cross-section shape in which the outer diameter is a little larger than the inner diameter of the receiving hole 1a of the outer piece 1, and the inner diameter is larger than the small diameter part 3b. Therefore, when inserted, the pipe body 4 is press-fitted to the receiving hole 1a so that the outer diameter shrinks in an inner direction, and fixed. Thus, the outer piece 1 and the inner piece 2 are connected by the connection shaft 3 through the pipe body 4.
