    • PURPOSE: To automatically control the operation of a hook driving apparatus by detecting the holding and release of a printed circuit board by the first and the second hooks by detecting the contact and separation of the second hook onto a stopper by a detector.
      CONSTITUTION: The first and the second hooks 30 and 34 are installed onto a chuck body 10 so as to approach and depart from each other. The second hook 34 is relatively shiftable in the direction of transfer of a slider 80, and the limit of relative shift for the slider 80 in the direction of approach of hook is restricted by a stopper 95. If the second hook 34 is engaged with one side edge of a printed circuit board 36 when the slider 80 shifts in the direction of approach of hook, and movement in the direction of approach of hook is suppressed by the engagement of the second hook 34 with one side edge of the printed circuit board 36. Then, the generation of the relative transfer between the second hook 34 and the slider 80 by the transfer of the slider 80 in the direction of approach of hook is detected by a detector.
