The internal gear 2 is rollingably encased inside of a pair of stationary guide frames 7, 7' which extend in parallel with each other, and an internal gear shaft 11 is connected through an L-like cross-sectioned shape link 5 to a mounting plate member 12 which is fitted in a circular hole formed in the shaft core section of the pinion gear 4. Further, by lengthening a part of the mounting plate member 12 to form a rod-like section 13 the latter abuts against the rotation converting member 6 when the rod-like section 13 takes its horizontal position.

So long as said returning motion is hindered, the inner gear 2 will spin at that position in accordance to the revolution of the pinion gear 4 and upon resetting of said tool 33 through an air operating cylinder 31, the inner gear 2 will lower by the distance of half of the diameter.
