摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the universality with common circuit and to increase the lifetime by stabilizing the intensity of the LED by connecting a constant current circuit to an input terminal of a power source, driving an LED by the constant current from the power source. CONSTITUTION:When LED group are connected between a positive terminal 3 and a ground terminal 10 of a power source, a protection diode 4 is inserted to the terminal 3 side, and a constant current circuit 5 is inserted between the terminals 3 and 10. In this structure, the circuit 5 is formed of resistors 6, 14, current limiting transistors 7, 13, the current supplied to the LED group 8 is detected by the resistor 6, the result is inverted by using the transistor 13, and supplied to the base of the transistor 7. Thus, when the potential E applied to the terminal 3 is raised, the collector current of the transistor 7 increases, the current to the LED group 8 tends to increase, but the collector current of the transistor 13 increases by the large voltage value produced between the ends of the resistor 6, and the base current of the transistor 6, on the contrary, decreases correspondingly.

CONSTITUTION:The plug part 4 comprising a long thick plate, whose width direction is made vertical, is formed on the same axial line of a housing 2. At the central height of each side surface of the right and left sides, a guiding swelled part 4a is horizontally formed. A pair of the terminal plates 5 are embedded in upper and lower two stages at the two positions adjacent to the upper end and the lower end of the plug part 4 in parallel with the axial line. The terminal plate 5 is formed by a lead piece 5a with narrow width, which is enclosed in the housing 2 and an approximately square thin plate. The right and left sides of said thin plate form contact terminal parts 5b and protruded from the opposite side of the plug part 4 in an ear shape. A concave part 5c for click is cut in the intermediate part between the right and left edges. The tip of the lead piece 5a is electrically connected to the critical point of an electric light circuit.

At this time, since source and the gate of the field effect transistor T are connected, the conductivity between the source and the gate of the field effect transistor T is varied in response to the voltage applied across the lead wires 4 and 5. Even though the power source voltage is fluctuated, the current flowing the diodes D1-D3 are kept approximately constant, and their luminance is kept constant.
