Next, the lower opening 10b of the cover 10 is opened to expose the lower relay pipes 3 and the leading ends of the lower relay pipes 3 are inserted in the lower ends of upper relay pipes 4 to finish a whole skeleton and a self plate is placed on the upper pipe of a ceiling member. Further, the cover 10 is pulled upwardly to cover the whole of the skeleton with the cover 10 and the lower end of the cover 10 is drawn down and a bottom plate 11 is placed on the lower pipes 1.

    • PURPOSE: To lay out piping from a main pipeline even in such a place which is not good to execute work by forming an air conditioned ventilation passage and an air outlet in a space between both sided door frames at the upper part of a door panel. CONSTITUTION: An indoor side panel 4 and upper and lower panels 5 and 6 and an outdoor side panel 7 are integrated into both sided frames in a space between both sided door frames of a door panel 1, thereby forming a box-shaped air duct which serves as a ventilation passage 8 from an air conditioner inside. The indoor side panel 4 is turned to an air outlet 3 from the air conditioner by installing a draft grille. A dust 9 which leads to a ceiling from a main pipeline at the upper part of the passage communicates with the ventilation passage 8 from a hole 10 bored on the upper panel 5. An united area between the lower panel 6 and the outdoor panel 7 is lowered from the level of the lower panel 6, thereby forming a door stop. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for onsite work required when an air outlet of the air conditioner is installed and thereby enlarge the opening of a ceiling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a porous electroformed shell that reduces the number of processes and manufacturing time and can stabilize forming positions of airholes by making formation of an electroforming layer in an electroforming solution and the elution of particles stuck in advance to a surface of a master mold (or another member) progress simultaneously.
      SOLUTION: When an electroforming process is started, nickel precipitated from an aqueous solution of sulfamic acid nickel deposits on the surface of a silver plating film 5 except the parts where boric acid particles 2 are present to form a nickel precipitation layer 9. In the simultaneous progression with this, the boric acid particles 2 gradually dissolve into the aqueous solution of sulfamic acid nickel. In the course of time the particles 2 almost totally dissolve into the aqueous solution of sulfamic acid nickel and as taking the place of that the airholes 10 are formed in the nickel precipitation layer 9. The layer 9 and airholes 10 continue to grow on the silver plating film 5 ever after to complete the porous electroformed shell 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding method simplifying a manufacturing process and reducing costs in the production of a floor pan for a bathroom or the like, and a mold apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The male screw-shaped part 21a of a male screw member 21 is protruded up to the part of the core 40 piercing an upper mold 7 to become the leg part 2a of the floor pan 2 for the bathroom. Then the molding material 17 of the floor pan 2 for the bathroom is cured, the male screw member 21 is rotated by a rotary drive mechanism 18 at first. Whereupon, the rotary drive mechanism 18 rotates the male screw-shaped part 21a of the male screw part 21, but, since the female screw part 19a of a male screw-shaped member support 19 is fixed to the upper mold 7, the rotary drive mechanism 18 is relatively raised by screw action. At the same time, a rotary drive mechanism fixing member 23 to which the rotary drive mechanism 18 is fixed slides along a support 24 to support the rising of the rotary drive mechanism 18. Further, the male screw-shaped part 21a arranged in the solidified molding material 17 also begins to rotate simultaneously with the rotation of the male screw part 21c. A female screw part 2b is transferred to the leg part 2a of the molding material 17 (the floor pan 2 for the bathroom) by the rotation of the male screw member 21, and the separation of the male screw member 21 itself is performed.
