    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the height of a pass line to be constant, to enable the fine adjustment of a rolling reduction quantity and to improve the dimensional precision of a rolled material by using a two-way discharging fixed volume or variable volume hydraulic pump directly connected with a motor as the hydraulic press source and executing synchronous roll-down and/or synchronous roll-up with a hybrid actuator. SOLUTION: The rolling-reduction device 20 is provided with the hybrid actuator (driving source integral type hydraulic actuator) and arranged to each of the upper and the lower roll chocks 2, 4 at the right and the left sides in a rolling mill body l so that it is possible to execute the roll-down during rolling. In this rollingreduction device 20, a single-rod type double acting cylinder fixed to the rolling-mill body 1 is incorporated, and the two-way discharging type hydraulic pump directly connected with the motor, a liquid quantity difference absorbing circuit in the head side and the rod side at the time of working a cylinder and close type tanks for compressed gas and working liquid, are integrated. At the time of rolling, the feedback of displacing information of the cylinder rod is executed with a linear scale and this information is compared with an input positional command, and the input of the motor in the hydraulic pump is controlled to adjust the rolling reduction quantity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the function of a small relay without attracting an armature even if the magnetic lines of force generated when a current is fed to a coil, are conducted to a yoke, by providing a projection made of the same material as that of a card on the back face side near the upper end section of the card constituting a relay, bringing a tip end section into contact with the front face of the yoke when the armature is returned, and generating a clearance between the upper end portion of the armature and the yoke. SOLUTION: Even when a current is fed to a coil 23 and a core 21 is excited and magnetic lines of force are conducted to a yoke 24, an armature 29 is attracted to the core 21 against a hinge spring 30 because the armature 29 is magnetically interrupted by a projection 33. The upper end section of the armature 29 presses the back face of a card 31, the card 31 presses moving contact pieces 27, 27 forward, and moving contact points 28, 28 are brought into contact with fixed contact points 26, 26. When the current feed to the coil 23 is stopped and the core 21 is de-excited, the armature 29 is returned by the excitation of the hinge spring 30 without being attracted to the yoke 24.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow contrivance of reducing manufacturing cost and operation cost and make it suitable for conveyance of wide variety of goods. SOLUTION: A beer case B, which is a goods, is dropped from a beer case storage shelf T0 through a beer case dropping space so that is can be conveyed to a receiving roller unit 34 facing a beer case take-out opening 15. Thus the beer case B can be conveyed without using any complicated drive mechanism such as an elector. As a result, an automatic vending machine can be designed for simplification and reduction of manufacturing cost. Due to the fact that such drive mechanism as an elevator is not required to implement this system, a motor for driving such drive mechanism, a brake system and furthermore an electrical controlling device and the like for drive control of such drive mechanism is dispensed with. Thus electric consumption of the automatic vending machine during its operation can be shapely cut down and operation cost thereof can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembly work of a small relay and to reduce its cost by making it easy to secure a yoke to a base. SOLUTION: Projecting pieces 17, 17 are provided at the right and left edges of the first end of a yoke 15, and holes 34, 34 into which the projecting pieces 17, 17 are fitted are bored in a side wall 33 at the first end of a base 18. A hook 16 is suspended near the curved part of the back of the yoke 15, a flexible rib 31 is placed upright at the second end of the inside surface of the base 18, and an engaging hole 32 for engagement with the hook 16 is bored in the rib 31. When securing the yoke 15 to the base 18, the projecting pieces 17, 17 are fitted into the holes 34, 34 with the second end of the yoke 15 inclined upwards, and then the yoke 15 is inclined downward. Therefore, as the inclined part 16a of the hook 16 presses the rib 31, the engaging part 16b of the hook 16 is engaged in a locking hole 32 in the rib 31 to make elastic contact.

    • PURPOSE: To eliminate noises in operations of a small relay by absorbing and silencing the impact sounds, which are generated when an armature is attracted to and released from a core, by a resilient member mounted on the armature and a yoke and folded in an angle shape facing aside. CONSTITUTION: When a current is fed to a coil 24 and an armature 27 is attracted to a core 29, a folded part in angle shape of a resilient member 31 mounted on the undersurface of a cross-piece (b) of the armature 27 comes in contact with the core 29. Because the armature 27 is attracted to the core 29 while the folded part is going to spread, the impact sounds from the armature 27 and core 29 when they collide are mostly absorbed and silenced by the resilient member 31. When the current feed to the coil 24 is stopped and the attraction of the armature 27 to the core 29 is disengaged, the armature 27 is rotated in the opposite direction by a supporting spring 28. At this time, the front extremity of the cross-shaft 30a of a working piece 30 of armature 27 comes in contact with the angle-shapedly folded part of the resilient member 32 mounted on the yoke 23 so that impact sounds are absorbed.

CONSTITUTION:A pair of crimpers 3, 3 is rotatably journalled near the end of a case 1 and a link mechanism for opening and closing the outer ends 3a, 3a of the crimpers is provided at the inner ends of the crimpers 3, 3. A pressure member 10 that is threaded into a spiral rod 9 joined to a reversely rotatable motor 7 and can move back and forth with respect to the link mechanism is provided within the case 1. A pressure spring 11 for pressing and closing the crimper outer ends 3a, 3a and a manual lever 12 that works to open the crimper outer ends 3a, 3a are provided. The crimper outer ends 3a, 3a being closed by the pressure spring 11 are opened by the action of the manual lever 12 to put in terminals, and the manual lever 12 is released and the terminals are gripped by the crimper outer ends 3a, 3a. Then the control portion 14 of a control switch mechanism is turned on to drive the reversely rotatable motor 7 in the normal direction to crimp the terminals. Since the terminals are gripped using the manual lever 12 and the pressure spring 11, gripping forces can be fine-tuned, facilitating the crimping operation.
