摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous memory interface device for PDP device which can write video data on memories and read it from the memories by slow elements. SOLUTION: In the synchronous memory interface device, a mode converting circuit 306 converts three input jump mode video data into a sequential mode format, and it separates a vertical sync signal and a horizontal sync signal among the three input jump mode video data, then it generates reference clock signals. Address signals and rearrangement control signals are generated based on the respective signals from the mode converting circuit 306 and a first and a second input oscillation signals. A line memory part 320 stores the three sequential mode vide data in response to the address signals. A data rearrangement part 330 receives the three video data having great number of bits read from the line memory part 320 in response to the rearrangement control signals, and it rearranges them in the format that the same bits are located in the same positions. A frame memory part 332 stores the video data rearranged by the data rearrangement circuit in response to the address signals.
