    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration speaker which has advantages such as small cubic volume and small wear rate and simplifies the structure thereby enabling easy assembling.SOLUTION: A vibration speaker includes: an upper lid; a lower lid; at least one transducer chip, and at least one conductive terminal. The upper lid and the lower lid define a housing space and the transducer chip and the conductive terminal are installed therein. Each transducer chip includes a conductive chip. A first smart material is applied to a first surface of the conductive chip, and a first electrode layer is formed on the first smart material. The conductive terminal is provided astride the transducer chip. An space between the first surface and the conductive terminal is an area that does not have the first electrode layer, and an insulation layer is formed thereon. The insulation layer enables the conductive terminal and the first electrode layer to contact with each other and creates electric continuity therebetween. However, the insulation layer electrically insulates the conductive terminal from the conductive chip.

However, the conductive terminal does not electrically contact with the conductive piece.
