    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method for blocking signal transmission via nerve without generating a nerve activity outside the system.SOLUTION: A method for blocking signal transmission via nerve in a state of reducing an initial activity includes a step of applying HFAC to a nerve axon in order to block the signal transmission via the axon. The method can also include: a step of applying direct current (DC) to the axon; a step of increasing the amplitude of the DC to a prescribed amplitude with time; a step of applying the HFAC; and a step of, after that, decreasing the DC. The method can also include: a step of temporarily reducing the amplitude of the HFAC in order to realize the signal transmission via the axon; and a step of, after that, increasing the amplitude in order to block the transmission without causing an initial reaction. The method can also include: a step of temporarily applying an unbalanced electric charge to the nerve; and a step of, after that, balancing the electric charge with time.
