摘要： PURPOSE: To shorten a stopping time when printing is switched by simply replacing a plate cylinder receiving carriage in a printing element in a rotary press. CONSTITUTION: A plate cylinder receiving carriage B1 used to next print is waited at left sides of printing elements 1, 2 and 3 of a rotary press charged with a plate cylinder receiving carriage A1. To replace the carriage A1 with the carriage B1, they are all simultaneously moved in one f of advancing directions. The carriage A1 becoming useless is output to right sides of the elements 1, 2, and 3, and delivered. In the case of next replacing, the carriage to be used for next printing is waited at the right sides of the elements 1, 2 and 3. This time, the entirety is moved in opposite direction to the one f. The carriage becoming useless is discharged to left sides of the elements 1, 2 and 3.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain accurate alignment with a chamber and to prevent leakage loss and pressure loss from being generated by using a spindle with a screw as a displacement device for increasing the diameter of a roller and providing a seat on its end part. CONSTITUTION: A displacement device 9 consists of a movable piston 20 and is mounted on a line 7 so as to displace in the longer direction and is respectively provided with a head 25 on one end and an annular channel 28 for receiving a seal ring 24 on another end. The movable piston 20 is actively connected with a spindle 21 with a screw and is provided with a recessed part 22 for inserting a key and the screw 29 is actively linked with a screw of an exit facing outward of the line 7. A seat 26 for a spindle 21 receives the head 25 of the movable piston 20 and the head 25 is guided into the narrowed seat 30 of the spindle 21 through a narrowed part of the movable piston 20. The head 25 is arranged in the seat 26 with a play of some extent. As the result, such a force that is generated in the direction being not accurately in the axial direction.

摘要： PURPOSE: To constitute a durable joint part by filling a space between the double-folded end parts with an adhesive, and enable the cylindrical form to be restored to an original flat shape after a printing step, in a method for joining the end parts of a printing plate. CONSTITUTION: The end parts 2 of a printing plate 1 are equipped with double- folded parts 12 so that the end parts 2 can be butt-joined to each other and the double-folded parts 12 are formed by folding the end parts in a U-form. The joint part is aligned diametrally and a groove equal to an appropriate depth is formed in a printing roller. A butt-joint part has a seam sealed with a curable filler along the groove between the adjacent folded parts 17, 18 of the end parts 2, 3. Further, the butt-joint part is formed in the axial direction and the printing plate 1 remains undeformed permanently as a cylinder with the use of a filler. At the time of ending the printing step, the butt-joint part is dismantled by deforming the plate end parts 2, 3, to that a matrix can be restored to an original flat plate shape.

A bearing plate 10 of a lower shell 11 is correctly in the horizontal condition, and the shaft 6 is not rotated. A pin 27 of a piston 24 is driven so that an end piece 30 of a piston 12 is at a free position. Then, the piston 12 is contracted, and as a result, an upper shell 15 exposes an end part 6a of the shaft 6, the empty spool 7 is elevated together with the shaft 6, and the spool 7 is pulled out of a bearing box 11.
