摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a composite wood of a laminate lumber, wood, board and the like having a block or a stripe line forming a required straight line and curved line form by cutting the laminated lumber, the wood, board and the like with an NC working machine, a jigsaw or the like, and a product made by the method. SOLUTION: The laminated lumber, wood, board and the like are cut in a block of the same shaped block with the NC working machine, the jigsaw or the like. Adhesives are filled between bonding surfaces of respective adjoining blocks are compacted by pressurizing from both side end parts to manufacture the composite lumber. Further, a difference kind of a band plate is respectively inserted between adjoining respective blocks and compacted by pressurizing to provide the manufacturing method and the product of the composite lumber forming the stripe line. Then, a higher design can be satisfied, a work material can be freely selected, and many contributions are achieved to resources conservation and improvement of a building design.

SOLUTION: A peeled core material 3 is sheet by sheet inserted while it is flexurally bent in a space 2a of a mold material 1 according to a curvature of the space while an adhesive is applied to each peeled face. In this case, for core material layers 3a, 3b at both ends, the adhesive is applied only to the insides, and not applied to the outsides coming in contact with the mold material 1. Further, a veneer can be used for either of core material layers 3a, 3b at both ends or both of them. In this case, a bent article wherein one side face or both side faces are covered with the veneer, can be formed. When the core materials 3 which are peeled into many layers are coated with the adhesive are completely filled into the space 2a, the mold material 1 and the whole core materials 3 pinched by the mold material 1 can be pinched at one stretch by compressing by a press or the like.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and recover dust and soot in a flue and a chimney by always passing them through a dust and soot remover. SOLUTION: An opening and closing cover 6 is provided on the opening part at the upper end part of a chimney 5. One end of of a bypass flue 7 circuit is connected to the upper end of the chimney 5 communicating therewith. The other end of the bypass flue circuit is connected to a main flue 2 for connecting a boiler 1 to the chimney 5. A ventilating device 4 and a dust and soot remover 3 are provided in the main flue 2 between a connecting point P and the chimeney 5. Thus, a dust and soot removing and recovery cycle is carried out for the inner surfaces of the chimney and the flue by using the bypass flue circuit. Accordingly, after an operation for several minutes upon start, dust and soot generated in the chimney side located in the front side of the smoke and soot remover are forcedly recovered and cleared. Then, upon ordinary operation, the dust and soot are effectively hardly generated.

A straight grain veneer which is likely to be taken from only a small diameter wood and a large diameter wood, is obtained. A flaw or a node of the veneer having the flaw or the node can be also removed.
