A demarcated outward shoulder part 44 engaged with a refractory demarcated plate 10 by forming notch parts on the outer part of peripheral wall of the roll, mutually connecting side part galleries 42, 43 between the water flowing passage 26 in the longitudinal direction and the radial passage 35, 36 are arranged at the outer end part having the notched parts on the almost peripheral wall of the roll.
