    • PURPOSE: To provide a seat belt suspending holding tool which can relieve force acting on a covering member from a base member even if a seat belt intensively gathers, for example, to one end part side in the lengthwise direction of an oblong hole. CONSTITUTION: In a seat belt suspending holding tool 10 to slidably suspend and hold a midway part of a seat belt (a waving belt) 74 which is arranged so as to be deliverable and is arranged so as to stop delivery at emergency time by holding it back, the tool is provided with a metallic plate-made base member 20 having an oblong hole 22 and a synthetic resin-made covering member 30 which covers at least the periphery of the oblong hole 22 of the base member 20 and in which a seat belt inserting hole 31 is formed in a part corresponding to the oblong hole 22. Lengthwise directional end parts (short edge parts) 22c and 22d of the oblong hole 22 are formed as a smooth curved surface in the folding-back direction of the seat belt 74.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a retractor for a safety belt of which the hook part of a spring is not detached from the lock part of a cam wheel. CONSTITUTION:Because a part locking the hook part 17 of a lock part 20 projectingly provided on a cam wheel 12 has the width nearly corresponding to the hook part 17, there is actually no clearance between the upper part 16a of a spring main body 16 and the lower face 21 of the lock part 20, even if vibration is applied on them, a spring 15 is not extended, and hence the hook part 17 is not detached from the lock part 20. Further, when the cam wheel 12 is rotationally moved in the direction A of winding up a webbing, the lower face 21 of the lock part 20 is meeted with the upper part 16a of the spring main body 16 at an acute angle 82, and hence component force (f) on the cam wheel 12 side is generated on the upper part 16a of the spring main body 16 so as to be more hard to detach from the lock part 20, by hitting the lower face 21 of the lock part 20 with the spring main body 16 intending to extend due to vibration.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of burrs in the boundary section between the outer periphery section of a base member and a coating member by providing a step section set lower than other portions on the side of the coating member in the boundary section abutting on the coated member in the outer peripheral edge section of the base member with an oblong hole penetrating a seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A coating member 30 is molded so as to cover the periphery of an oblong hole 26 of a base member 20 and a part opening so as to correspond to an oblong hole 22 is a hole 31 through which a seat belt is inserted. In addition, the base member 20 is provided with a step section 24 that is formed so that a part on the side of the coating member 30 becomes lower than other portions at the boundary section 23a abutting on the coating member 30 in an outer peripheral edge section 23. This step section 24 prevents resin from leaking along the outer peripheral edge section 23 from the base member 20 during insert molding, thus preventing the coating member 30 from occurring of burrs in the boundary section 23a between the base member 20 and the coating member 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt installation detecting device hardly generating wear and exhaustion. SOLUTION: The seat belt installation detecting device comprises a buckle 18 which can be coupled with a tongue plate 16 attached to a seat belt; an electrostatic capacity sensor 41 generating output corresponding to existence/absence of the tongue plate at a coupling position in the buckled without contacting the tongue plate, and provided in the inside of the buckle; and a judging means 43 judging the presence/absence of seat belt installation from the output of the electrostatic capacity sensor. The electrostatic capacity sensor 41 is constituted by two elements (41a, 41b) opposite to each other through the tongue plate while the tongue plate 16 and the buckle 18 are coupled. The electrostatic capacity sensor constitutes a capacitor 41 of a low pass filer LPF to which a high frequency signal is supplied. The judging means 43 distinguishes the presence/absence of the seat belt installation from a detection wave level of the high frequency signal passing through the low pass filter, when the presence/absence of the seat belt installation is judged from the output of the electrostatic capacity sensor.     • PURPOSE: To prevent a seat belt from striking against an edge part and being cut off by forming the edge part of a seat belt insertion hole at least corresponding to a position to fold back the seat belt in a curved surface shape smoothly curved along a direction to fold back the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A webbing belt 74 is delivered as a middle part of the webbing belt 74 slides in such a way as folded back by a covered member 30 by pulling the waving belt 74 on a seat belt suspension tool 10. In the case when the covered member 30 is damaged by force to pull the webbing belt 74, the webbing belt 74 makes contact with an edge part 22a of a seat belt insertion hole 22 of a base member 20. However, the edge part 22a of the seat belt insertion hole 22 is bulged in an elliptical shape and it is formed in a curved surface shape smoothly curved along a direction to fold back the webbing belt 74. Consequently, the waving belt 74 never strikes against the edge part 22a of the seat belt insertion hole 22 and cuts off.
