    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food drying device in which shelves for placing material to be dried thereon are circulated and moved in multi-stage type, an installation area is made smaller, a long-time drying at a certain degree of temperature is permitted, the material to be dried is not deformed and injured by overheating and the satisfactory operability can be also obtained.SOLUTION: A food drying device in which each stage of multi-stages of drying shelves is constituted with continuous arrangements of a plurality of horizontally movable palettes and is successively circulated and moved by a unit of palette includes: a transportation part provided with a plurality of stages of rail parts, each stage of rail part transporting the plurality of palettes of each stage successively in the horizontal direction by a unit of palette; elevating/lowering mechanisms which are respectively arranged on both edge parts of the transportation part and elevate/lower the palettes; a drawing and extruding mechanism which draws or extrudes the palettes in the horizontal direction; first and second driving parts which move the palettes between upper and lower respective stages and take out and put in the palettes with respect to the rail parts of corresponding respective stages; and dryers which are disposed by at least one per each stage.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a packaging container which can pack in a coloring man ner a plurality of kinds of vegetables such as KAIWAREDAIKON and cherry-- like tomato for use in a common cooking. CONSTITUTION:A packaging container P for KAIWAREDAIKON is provided with a container body 1, a tray-like lid 2 and a sealing film 3. The container body 1 is shaped like a bottomed square tube and each of its side faces 10 is provided with a predetermined number of rib parts 11. The bottom surface 12 is provided with the rib parts formed crosswise extending continuously from the rib parts 11. An opening part 14 at the top of container body 1 is provided with a flange 15 all around its periphery and is covered with the tray-like lid 2. The tray-like lid 2 is provided with flanges 20 on the two opposite sides and three storing recess parts 22 for storing cherry-like tomatoes on the bottom plate 21. When the tray-like lid 2 is placed on the opening part 14, gaps 16 are formed on both the sides of the lid 2. The sealing film 3 is transparent and is extended from the rear part of the flange 15 of the container body 1 in such a manner as to wrap the tray-like lid 2.
