    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress structure, achieving reduction in manufacturing costs and personnel expenses, improving unit productivity, preventing contact noise between springs, and lengthening the life.
      SOLUTION: A mattress for a bed includes a spring assembly 10 formed by a number of springs 12 and a spiral coil 14 binding the springs 12. The mattress for a bed includes: one or several permeable reinforcement materials 20 disposed on at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the spring assembly 10; and a foam body 24 disposed on the outer surface of the permeable reinforcement material 20 and foamed. When the foam body 24 penetrating at least either a micro-hole or foam expanding hole 22 of the permeable reinforcement material 20 is foamed, the permeable reinforcement material 20 is made to exist in the foam body 24 to integrate the foam body 24 and the spring assembly 10 with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring for a bed mattress, which has a contact inhibition and rigidity reinforcement structure having a contact inhibition function of inhibiting an exposed wire spring from touching the upper and lower end coils of a body spring and simultaneously a rigidity reinforcement function of guiding the exposed wire spring without causing displacement toward a side direction and moving up and down only in a vertical direction stably when a load is added to the exposed wire spring.
      SOLUTION: The spring structure for a bed mattress includes a body spring 10 of a coil shape, upper end and lower end springs 16, 18 which are horizontally wound at the upper and lower parts of this body spring 10, an exposed wire spring 20 which is integrally formed above the upper end spring 16, and a connection end which connects the upper end spring 16 and the exposed wire spring 20. A first contact inhibition and rigidity reinforcement end 30 bent into a Z-shape upward from the terminal end of the upper end spring 16 located outside a topmost end coil 12 of the body spring 10 is formed at the connection end integrally connecting the upper end spring 16 and the exposed wire spring 20.
