摘要： PURPOSE:To make usual marking operation for the road surface simultaneously with execution of works for a projection by installing two film thickness adjusting plates at the rear of a hopper accommodating a molten material, and executing the road surface marking while the adjuster plates are intermittently moved up and down independently from each other. CONSTITUTION:Two film thickness adjusting plates 31, 32 are installed at the rear of a hopper 21 accommodating a molten material and provided at the bottoms with a certain number of notches 33, 34 arranged across the width in such a way that the notches are not overlapped, and thus a road surface marking machine is constructed. To execute works in the R direction, the molten material is allowed to flow out with a certain thickness from the slit generated between the bottoms of the plates 31, 32 and the road surface, to produce a normal flat surface of coating. If the adjuster plate 32 is raised to open the notches 33 in the other adjuster plate 31, the molten material passes the notches to be placed on the normal coating surface, and the usual marking operation and execution of works for a projection can be carried out simultaneously.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the quality of product and the efficiency of operation by a method in which in removing a formwork after concrete is hardened, an acid silicon-acryl resin-curing film provided on the inner surface of the formwork is transferred to the surface of concrete. CONSTITUTION:A release agent having a weak bonding force to the inner surface of a formwork and excellent weather proofness is applied to the inner surface of the formwork. On the release agent coat, an acid silicon-acryl resin is applied to form a curing film having a high cohesion force, excellent bonding force to concrete, and excellent weather proofness. Concrete is placed into the formwork and hardened, and the formwork is removed to remove the curing film from the release agent coat and also to transfer the curing film to the surface of the concrete for curing. The curing film can thus be easily and uniformly formed at the same time as the formwork is removed, and cracking, strength deterioration, and foreign matter intrusion can also be prevented.

Besides, by the pressing cylinder, a pressing foot is moved down thereon, and an adhesives piece is pressure-fitted for bonding.

Then concrete is laid, and after a prescribed hardness is obtained, the release of mold is performed. Then, the curing agent film 3 is separated from a mold form 1 and the film 2, and closely transfer-attached onto the concrete. Therefore, the evaporation of moisture from concrete is performed, and the inside of the concrete is kept in the optimum hydration state, and a concrete structure having high quality can be constructed.
