    • PURPOSE:To facilitate and automate a stocking-insertion work by inserting a set of plural rollers held in an inclined state between foot patterns from their bottoms to tops and holding the foot pattern between rollers to achieve the positioning. CONSTITUTION:A group of foot patterns 1 which are held in standing position with an equal interval between each other are stopped at stocking-inserting positions arranged on a track and short of a setting section of a stocking-finishing machine. A foot pattern-positioning means is composed of a roller-holding means F for rollers 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b which are constituted to project the lower parts toward the bottom parts 1a of foot patterns 1 and to incline the upper parts backward and a back-and- forth moving device G. Inside rollers 5a, 5b and outside rollers 6a, 6b placed on a roller supporting deck 14 are inserted between bottom parts 1a of foot patterns 1 by actuating an air cylinder 15 of the back-and-forth moving means G. subsequently, each of the roller 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b are rotated and moved on a rubber ring 7 to gradually raise the contact surfaces. The gaps between tops of neighboring foot patterns 1 are widened by the outer rollers 6a, 6b and a stocking is applied on the foot pattern with the use of the widened gaps and then each of the rollers 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b is withdrawn from the foot pattern 1.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject device designed to promote the automation of finishing work and mitigate the burden on operator(s) by incrementally fitting socks, temporarily fitted on a foot block of heel mutually contact type, synergistically with an opening member and a pull-down member. CONSTITUTION:In a socks finishing machine, socks temporarily fitted on a foot block 1 of heel mutually contact type are conveyed, through a foot block synchronously moving means A, to an incrementally fitting section, and the opening member 69 of a foot block tip opening means I is lowered to expand the foot block 1 to a specified position; concurrently, the cylinder of a socks crotch insert mechanism E is actuated to project a pull-down member 63; at the same time, the member 63 is threaded into the socks crotch through the descending motion of a pull-down member lift mechanism F and, owing to such descending motion, the socks are pulled down to the lower part of the foot block 1 and incrementally fitted thereon. On incremental fitting to a specified position, the member 63 is made to shrink through a signal from a sensor and drawn off the crotch. Then, the opening member 69 is returned to the original position while switching the means A to returning motion, preparing for dealing with the next foot block 1.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate burning and/or faulty starting of a motor due to overload and permit highly efficient operation by a method wherein a damper is opened as a temperature in a duct is risen to permit the full load operation of the motor. CONSTITUTION:In a hot-air circulating drier, provided with a fan 3 and a heater 5 so as to be capable of circulating hot air into a drying chamber A through a duct 4, a damper opening and closing means D, equipped with a driving mechanism F for opening and/or closing a damper E, is provided in the hot air flowing section of the duct 4 while a control means, detecting the load of the motor 3a of the fan 3 by a detector to open and/or close the damper E, is provided. The detecting signal of the load of the motor 3a is transmitted to the driving mechanism F to regulate an air pressure in the duct 4 by opening and/or closing the damper E in accordance with the amount of load of the motor 3a.

    • PURPOSE:To rapidly dry wet ceramics after molding without generating cracks, etc., by housing the ceramics into a vessel and hermetically closing the vessel, then maintaining adequate humidity in the atmosphere by satd. steam and drying the ceramics by dielectric heating. CONSTITUTION:A microwave oscillator 7 is installed in the external position of the vessel A. This microwave oscillator 7 is connected to the vessel A via a waveguide 8. The wet ceramics 1 after molding is imposed on a turn table 10 provided in the lower position within the vessel A and the vessel A is hermetically closed. The ceramics 1 is then dielectric-heated by the microwaves oscillated from the microwave oscillator 7. The satd. steam of about 60 to 80 deg.C is simultaneously feed into the vessel A and this state is held for a prescribed period of time. The steam is then stopped and the pressure in the vessel A is gradually reduced at about 10 to 25mmHg/min speed to maintain the inside of the vessel A in the reduced pressure state of 350 to 620mmHg, by which the ceramics 1 is dried. The induction heating and pressure reduction are stopped after the end of the drying and the atm. pressure is restored in the vessel A. The ceramics 1 is ejected from the vessel.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten molding time and reduce energy consumption by controlling the rotational speed of a circulating fan according to temp. difference between each of materials to be molded. CONSTITUTION:Fiber-reinforced plastics for use as structure or structural part of aircraft, spacecraft, industrial apparatus, etc., are molded by use of an autoclave comprising a pressure container A, a pressure applying means B, a heating and cooling means C, a pressure reducing means D, a gas circulating means F, an obstacle temp. control means, etc. Here, the rotational speed of a circulating fan 7 is controlled according to temp. difference between each of materials 1 to be molded, i.e. when the temp. difference between each material 1 becomes large, since the number of revolutions of the circulating fan 7 can be increased to accelerate heat transfer, the forming time can be shortened. When the temp. difference is decreasing, since the number of revolutions of the fan can be reduced, a smaller quantity of circulating gas is required with the accompanying reduction in the load current required for a circulating fan motor, whereby an energy saving effect can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a high-quality laminated plate by heating and pressurizing a prepreg uniformly from the top, by receiving the prepreg into an airtight chamber having a side pressure preventive member and heating and pressurizing said airtight chamber from the outside in a state that the said airtight chamber is depressurized. CONSTITUTION:After a material 1 such as a prepreg to be molded has been set up within an airtight chamber D having a side pressure prevention plate F on the side and a pressing member G for pressurizing on the top, the same is received within a pressure vessel 2. Then the prepreg is made to cure the pressurizing the same by a method wherein said air tight chamber is depressurized, heated high-pressure gas is applied within the pressure vessel further and the pressing member is pressed, and heating the same uniformly from the top. As the titled method is performed in this manner, a phenomenon that timpregnating resin flows out through the side of the prepreg does not happen and the prepreg can be pressurized and heated uniformly. The titled method is suitable for manufacturing of a copper-clas laminated plate.
