    • PURPOSE:To enable manufacture of a resin mold coil having good electric insulation properties and mechanical strength by forming an interlayer insulation so that the resin impregnated in glass roving material may infiltrate enough. CONSTITUTION:Every time a wound conductor layer 7 is formed by winding a coil conductor 6 for one layer, the insulating layers B1 and B3 which are formed by winding a glass roving material 3 impregnated with heat-curable resin 5 thickly for the part of high interlayer voltage and thinly for the part of low interlayer voltage in parallel with forming plural layers or with an inclination are interposed, and a slanted layer B2 formed by winding the glass roving material 3 impregnated with said resin 5 helically is arranged between said insulating layers B1 and B3, thereby constituting a naked coil 10. Then, this naked coil 10 is heated while being rotated so as to harden the resin 5 impregnated in the glass roving material 3. Thus, the resin mold coil having good electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength can be fabricated.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to use an element of small withstand voltage by limiting an inverter current in a high speed overcurrent limiter when a load current exceeds a set level, and controlling a chopper circuit by a low speed overcurrent limiter. CONSTITUTION:A chopper circuit 3 for controlling a pulse width modulation controller 5 is connected to a rectifier 2, a brushless motor 7 is connected through an inverter 6, and a signal from a Hall element H is applied to a distributor 8 and a drive circuit 9 to control the inverter 6. A load current is detected by a resistor RL, an inverter output current is limited through a high speed overcurrent limiter 10 when exceeding approx. 200% of the rated value, and the chopper circuit 3 is controlled through a low speed overcurrent limiter 11 and a priority circuit 12. Accordingly, the peak value is suppressed at a high speed, and limited to the prescribed level, thereby enabling to use an element of small withstand voltage.
