摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery or granular product or a beverage which allows rapid intake of a mineral content from ashed brown rice without damage, and a method for obtaining the same.SOLUTION: In the production method of brown rice mineral product, ashed brown rice is commercialized as a powdery or granular mineral food product or additive. Brown rice is ashed at 550-600°C for 5-6 hours, to provide an ingestible powdery or granular brown rice mineral food product. The ashed brown rice is dissolved in water and seasoned with fruit juice, vinegar, or yoghurt including amino acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, or other organic acids, whereby the mineral content of the brown rice can be ingested as the brown rice mineral beverage. The brown rice mineral beverage can be sold as a patient food or as a beverage for elderly people, children, or modern people with insufficient vegetable mineral.
