SOLUTION: This tile used for a construction material for the wall surface has reverse surface as a mounting part on the wall surface and the front surface having a ceramic frame having a recessed part and a planting part consisting of porous ceramics filled in the recessed part and planted with the plants, the frame is made as a wall surface greening tile formed with the photocatalyst film except for the inner surface of the recessed part, and the plants on the wall surface greening tile are planted e.g. in steps comprising a step of planting the plants on the porous ceramics, a plant-growing step of growing the plants including high intensity light irradiation and a step of forming the photocatalytic film on the frame after the plant-growing step.
