    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat resistant hollow body capable of determining the timing of opening a mold irrespective of a manufacture condition when the hollow body is obtained by injection-molding a polylactic acid-containing resin composition containing an inorganic nano-composite filler.
      SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the heat resistant hollow body, there is used a mold including a female mold having a recess, a male mold having a protrusion, and a stripper plate having a margin formation part. The mold is heated to a temperature at which the temperature of the surface facing the cavity becomes a temperature corresponding to a crystallization temperature of the injected polylactic acid-containing and biodegradable resin composition. When it is detected by an infrared temperature sensor that the temperature T(°C) of the biodegradable resin composition satisfies T=(t+3.5)±1.5 (t(°C) is the surface temperature of the mold), the male mold and the stripper plate are separated from the female mold. The hollow body is taken out from the mold by introducing air between the inner surface of the hollow body and the protrusion of the male mold, and advancing the stripper plate in the direction toward the hollow body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a cold storage property with respect to a contained substance and having a decoration property without impairing the biodegradability of a polylactate resin. SOLUTION: The polylactate resin not containing a filler is caused to contain a supercritical fluid non-reactive to the polylactate resin. The container 1 and 41 is formed by subjecting the polylactate resin to injection molding. The container has a foaming layer 2 and 42 inside, and on the surface thereof, a non-foaming layer 3 and 43 integrally formed with the foaming layer 2 and 42. The bubbles 4 of the foaming layer 2 and 42 exhibits the traces of the flows of the injected polylactate resin. The non-foaming layer 3 and 43 has no color and is transparent. The decoration is composed of bubbles 4 and 44 which can be seen through the non-foaming layer 3 and 43. When the fluid employs carbon dioxide, the average diameter of the bubbles 4 is gradually increased within the range of 0.1 to 10 mm from the upstream side to the downstream side of the injection direction.       SOLUTION: A mold 1 comprises a female mold 3 having a recessed part 2, a male mold 5 having a protruded part 4 and a stripper plate 7 equipped with an edge part forming part 6, form a cavity 8 surrounded by the recessed part 2, the protruded part 4, and the edge part forming part 6, and is heated so that the surface facing to the cavity 8 of the mold 1 becomes the crystallization temperature of a polylactic acid-containing resin to inject the polylactic acid-containing resin through a gate part 9.
