    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accumulate the kinetic energy of a running vehicle, and to efficiently and easily take out the accumulated kinetic energy as the original kinetic energy.
      SOLUTION: The efficiency is improved by accumulating the kinetic energy during the run, the kinetic energy from a ratchet on an inner end is accumulated as the input in a simple structure in which a ratchet device is provided on the inner and outer ends of a spiral spring. By detaching a claw of the ratchet at the outer end, the energy accumulated in the spiral spring from the ratchet at the outer end is taken out, and the kinetic energy in the same direction as the inputting direction can be taken out. Further, the safety of a spiral spring type energy conservation device is ensured by providing a constant force transmission joint on an input shaft.
