摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine which is reduced in energy loss and makes the most of advantages of a reciprocating engine and a rotary engine.
SOLUTION: A piston 1 is lifted or lowered by turning a cylinder block 2 clockwise and turning a crankshaft 3 anticlockwise, respectively, by 90 degrees. The suction, compression, combustion and exhaust operations can be carried out successively while the positions for suction, compression, combustion and exhaust are changed. Since suction and exhaust valves are not required, it is possible to reduce the energy loss.
