    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition for a cell culture comprising a temperature-responsive polymer, where the cloud point is reduced under room temperature (about 25°C); a composition for a cell culture allowing formation of a cell structure without requiring a stimulating substance and operation of scaffold preparation and the like in a cultured cell; and also a cell culture container obtained by using the composition of a cell culture containing a temperature-responsive polymer.SOLUTION: A composition for a cell culture comprises a polymer of 2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and/or a derivative thereof, 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol, and at least one or more kinds of anionic substance selected from the group consisting of nucleic acid, heparin, hyaluronic acid, dextran sulfate, polystyrene sulfonic acid, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, polyphosphoric acid, sulfurated polysaccharides, curdlan and polyalginic acid and alkali metal salts thereof. A cell culture container is characterized in that a culture face is coated with the composition for a cell culture.
